My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! First time having a gel manicure with Amelia, she was professional and very friendly. As I couldn’t decide on a colour she recommended a beautiful deep purple which looks fantastic! I was so happy with my nails I have rebooked next month for a manicure and a pedicure. My daughter has also booked to have a manicure with Amelia after seeing how great my nails look. Have a shape and paint (toenails) with Alicia. Really lovely experience especially regarding Alicia's interaction with me (the customer). She was very warm & friendly and this isn't always the case at beauty salons.
