Warm, Friendly, Professional & Knowledgeable Laura was extremely Helpful & knows her Stuff I'd had a Nose Stud changed (at a National Chain & been Pulled around a bit!!) the day previously & my nostril was swollen & it appeared that my skin was reacting to the nickel in the jewellery. Laura was reassuring, friendly, hygienic & removed & refitted a new stud, which I purchased from the Shop. The jewellery was changed with a minimum fuss. Laura was friendly, polite, helpful & knowledgeable.

Laura was amazing! I went in wanting to get my two first lobes pierced. As one had previously been pierced and the other hadn't, after a conversation, Laura thought she might be able to put an earring in my existing piercing without needing to repierce it, saving me money. I found this genuinely refreshing and really appreciated her honesty. She also noticed the hole from a previous nose piercing and suggested the same might be possible with my nose! In the end, I only needed one new piercing and two jewellery changes. The communication, attention to detail and kindness throughout the appointm
