From start to end everything was amazing. The ambience is everything! The stylist???? Omgggg literal perfection! She actually cares about her customers and the keen attention she pays to your hair is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. From assessment to recommendation for my hair. She raised the bar to a whole different level. I’ve never experienced such great service. I have thick hair (4c) and I did a wash and wig install, she was so gentle from beginning to end. Absolutely loved the service and I’ll be back

I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. I had an excellent experience from start to finish! She greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in, which immediately made me feel welcome. She took the time to walk me through the service at each step. She was incredibly professional and genuinely friendly. She takes pride in her work, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service and wants to leave the salon “soft , sleek and styled”
