First time bikini waxer here, I was fearful of the service but I 10/10 recommend, Bella was AMAZING. Very professional, clean, neat, informative and most importantly, very gentle! I was surprised at the absence of the pain I expected. If you have anxiety like me, she doesn’t rush you or the service so you feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back for all my waxing needs when I come to do my facials. Thanks B

I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. Danelle was very polite, friendly and professional. I’ve been to many different places to do my facial and none of them ever took the time out to ask me what my goal was as it relates to the service I was doing. I loved that she took the time to get to know my skin care routine and why I chose the service I was looking to get. I felt very comfortable and even fell asleep at one point

We enjoyed having our facial done here. Staff was professional and pleasant, atmosphere was clean. Would definitely recommend here to family and friends. Gave it a 4 star rating because we had to wait an extra 30 mins before we had our service done.

I loved the actual facial and the ambiance. The aestician seemed knowledgeable and offered suggestion for products to use to maintain a healthy skin. What I didn't like that need significant improvement was the time...I had a 2pm appointment and I didn't commence until about 2:40, to make matters worse no apology was offered for the delayed start. Overall, good service just for them to make that improvement
