I had an absolutely wonderful visit to BodyScape Spa at the Sunshine Outlet Mall in Portmore today. From start to finish, everything was handled by a highly professional, skilled, and incredibly friendly staff. I received this package as a special gift from my wife and I enjoyed every single aspect of it. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was top-tier, and the entire team made me feel incredibly welcome. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. Had such a great experience at BodyScape Spa today! My pedicure was absolutely amazing — excellent service, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was so professional and attentive. My feet feel refreshed and pampered. Definitely recommending!

The experience was good, only recommend that while pedicure is being done disposable spa kits can be used to avoid cross contamination. The kits will include everything just instead of the foot scrub brushes, it will be pumice sponge which will give same results your clients are looking for. So just take that into consideration.

Bodyscape always provides wonderful service and has great staff. The pedicurist who did my mom and daughter’s pedicures was awesome, and my daughters loved the massage and facial they received. My pedicure was okay, but I wish there had been more foot scrubbing and a stronger massage. I’ll still be back next month for my regular pedicure with the other pedicurist who’s always great.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The manicure and pedicure were done with great attention to detail, leaving my hands and feet feeling refreshed and looking flawless big up to Andrea. Always asking if your ok if you look a little distracted....love that. The hair service exceeded my expectations — professional styling, excellent care, and a beautiful finish. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the customer service was top tier. Highly recommend for anyone looking to pamper themselves and leave feeling confident and rejuvenated.

I had a wonderful experience, as always! BodyScape is my home spa—I go nowhere else. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the service is always professional. Today I did a manicure and pedicure with gel on finger nails, and I absolutely love the final look. Everything is neat, clean, and beautiful. The music in the background was relaxing. The staff was welcoming and polite. My feet feel good. The girl who did my pedicure took her time and I liked that she massaged my feet. I never had a paraffin pedicure before, the heat effect was good. My sister said her pedicure was wonderful, she loved the jelly stuff in the water. I didn't know that the chair had a massage functionality until the girl asked me how did the massage chair feel but it wasn't on. I told her since it wasn't on in the first place she didn't have to turn it on. I guess that would have further enhanced the experience.

SHEANEL THE RECEPTIONIST AND MELESIA OFFERED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sheanel was very respectful and helpful when getting my appointment rescheduled when one of the staff members was sick. Melissa was my nail tech and she did an amazing job of getting my feet done even down to getting my slippers on when I was finished. I would highly recommend this company for all your pedicure needs. I was a very relaxing and satisfying experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was my first time visiting Bodyscape for a full-body massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From booking on the website—which was quick and easy—to arriving at the spa, everything was seamless. The customer service was excellent, the facility was spotless, and Matthew truly worked his magic during my massage. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
