For my daughter’s birthday, she had her ears pierced. The employee took their time to ensure she felt comfortable and happy throughout the process. Great care was taken to ensure the piercings were symmetrical, and everything was handled very professionally. After the piercing, the employee patiently explained the aftercare and made sure my daughter was completely satisfied.

I had my anti tragus pierced by Grace on Sunday at the Bridgend store and I must say her and Ben were highly comforting and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be back for further piercings!

My ten year old had her ears pierced for the first time at Empress Piercing Bridgend, she was very excited and also a bit nervous but Ben was absolutely fab with her, really gently explaining everything and just generally being reassuring and lovely! She's super happy with how they look and really proud of herself, thank you for making it such a comfortable experience! Super clean and professional service, 100% would recommend.
