Booked in for a piercing party and was warmly welcomed by Tom and Tia. Tom did our piercings and he made us feel so comfortable and answered any questions we had. The studio was really clean, will definitely come back for any future piercings.

Tom and Grace were so so kind and patient with my daughter while she was having her ears pierced for the first time. Each step was explained to her clearly and they checked she was okay throughout the whole thing. They comforted her when she got a bit upset and then made her feel so proud for getting them done. She loved her lolly and certificate! Aftercare was explained to us well. I'd thoroughly recommend Empress Piercing to anyone. Thank you both so much!

I had a side labret piercing today and all the staff were lovely and friendly, Clea answered some questions I had and Tom explained everything that was going to happen and was really calming as I was quite nervous, I hadn’t eaten so Tom gave me a little pack of sweets so I wouldn’t feel dizzy after. Amazing service and really clean and tidy place thanks.
