Its been about 19 years since I had a piercing so I i was very picky with who I went with. I came across Empress Piercing Bridgend who have amazing reviews. Although I had decided on Empress Piercing being the place, I then had to decide who would be the right person to pierce my nose. After some research and reading amazing reviews, Tia had to be the one for me. Tia welcomed me into the shop with a smile and made me feel relaxed. Ricki is incredible. His knowledge, experience and jewellery are first class. He is also very good at what he does- piercing. I told him how nervous I was. He knew what he was doing; when we were chatting and just cracked on with the job. Light handed and understood thats exactly what I wanted. No time for nerves! Placement was absolutely spot on. I have come away with a beautiful piercing that I am over the moon with. I know that if I have any issue when healing I can give him a shout and get the right advice. Will definitely return. Had a double piercing on one lobe to match older piercings on the other side. Ricky was awesome and very professional. Cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail were brilliant. Would totally recommend. If I choose to have another piercing, this is where I'll come for sure.
