First-time visit and what a treat! It felt more like a spa experience than a nail appointment. Channon is extremely detail-oriented and takes great care to ensure the nails are perfectly prepped before moving on to the gel application. I’m so glad I found her. I left with a beautiful set of nails and couldn’t be happier.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my pedicure done! From the moment I walked in, the salon felt welcoming and relaxing. The therapist was gentle, professional, and really paid attention to detail – my feet feel so soft and refreshed, and my nails look absolutely perfect. Absolutely outstanding service! Monica did a set of French Gel sculptured nails for my daughter for her upcoming MD. Monica’s attention to detail and professionalism are truly exceptional. She takes her time to ensure everything is perfect and always makes you feel comfortable and valued. My daughter was impressed with how she took her time and make sure every nail is perfect. Mostly a positive experience. My nails are beautiful. I did not unfortunately appreciate the injuries I received when she filed my nails. I also did not appreciate her putting glue on an open injury without my consent. If your nail file is too big for the clients fingertips, it's best to use a smaller one. For acrylic it is better to use an electric file drill. The shape is also not the greatest, but they are very strong and will last long. When paying R590 for a service, it is customary to receive a little cuticle work. It's what I expected and I was a little disappointed not to receive any.

Rosemary is AMAZING! She also did my Pedicure previously and is so, so gentle. I had a bad leg fracture a few years ago and no one has ever been so gentle with me. Today I was so blessed to have her again for my nails. What a beautiful person! She is so detail orientated. I really enjoyed having her so much.

I enjoyed speaking with her. She was very kind and polite. I would love having my nails done by her again. She is also very detail oriented and noticed immediately if the paint was slightly over the nail and made an effort to tidy it up.
