Good service, the stylist was gentle and thorough, though I was not really pleased with the trim as more hair was cut than I had instructed. I had no split ends and had a trim not too long ago. Perhaps I should have just drawn on the image to clearly indicate how much hair to cut. The stylist received my feedback about the trim well and maintained a good attitude during the service. The twists came neat and were gentle. The stylist was good, she knows what she’s doing, but I guess could use more clarity.
