My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

I am always purchasing the kevin Murphy products and yesterday my husband was with me at the salon , so he was having a look at the products lolming for a shampoo for thinning hair and he opened the lid of one of the bottles and he placed it back on shelf. I’ve had to visit various other salons over the years due to moving&I’m always disappointed with the service. She is also one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. A lot of women will tell you a hair appointment feels like therapy, but with Chanie, it feels like a date with your best friend. She makes my day every time, and I leave not just feeling good about myself; but also positive about life.
