An absolute 10000/10 experience with Makayla! I was nervous going in and requesting for short bangs, but Makayla was so amazing at being reassuring and checking in with me as she cut them. She left them a little longer, styled them and asked if I wanted to get them shorter (and to my surprise, I asked her to take a bit more off). My haircut turned out better than anything chatGPT could’ve put on me. I can honestly say she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever received in my life. Definitely my go-to hair stylist for as long as I live in San Diego. Thank you so much Makayla!

I went to Kreative Manes for the first time today. I needed to find an available appointment asap and through internet searches found this salon. I’ve been looking for someone to cut my hair for several years and I’ve tried many hair artists in San Diego and have never been fully satisfied. In less than an hour I had the BEST experience with Mike. He listened to me, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I loved my hair so much that I cancelled an appointment I had made for my daughter at a different salon and booked an appointment for her with Mike next week. HIGHLY recommend. 🖤

It’s been a while since getting my hair bleached and colored, but from what I remembered, the process look a long time. When I had my appointment with Mike for a color and haircut appointment, I was blown away with the results and how quick the appointment was. Going from black hair, he was able to get my hair to the color I wanted, which was ash blonde, in a few hours (I thought it would take much longer). I am extremely happy with the results, and will definitely be returning!

I recently visited Kreative Manes Hair Salon and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the massaging chair used during the hair washing, it was incredibly soothing and added a luxurious touch to the experience. My stylist was fantastic. He listened carefully to what I wanted and took his time to ensure every detail was perfect. His attention to detail was impressive, and I left the salon feeling very happy with my haircut. The best part is that the price was very reasonable for the quality. This was my second visit to the salon and I will definitely be back.

​Roby is an absolute miracle worker! I came in with five years of dyed black hair, wanting to transition to a lighter color to hide the greys, and she nailed it. Next step: balayage! She is a literal master mixologist when it comes to color; she knows exactly how to get you the exact shade you’re looking for. I love that she actually listens and offers great advice without ever being pushy—you genuinely get what you ask for. Bonus: she gives the best, most relaxing hair wash ever. On top of being insanely talented, Roby is just the sweetest person. Couldn't recommend her more!

I found my new hair stylist! David cuts hair so fast and just how I like it. Showed him a photo of what I wanted and he did exactly that but better. If you want full voluminous hair (women’s haircut) go to David. You won’t be disappointed.

Some places don’t need perfect communication to get it right. My stylist was patient, observant, and genuinely accommodating despite the language barrier. He clearly cared about his work and did his absolute best to deliver what I wanted. No rush, no attitude—just solid craft and real effort. I walked out with a clean, well-done haircut that feels right. Very happy with the result. Nikki did a great job recreating a haircut I showed her a video of. Decent English communication, good price ($50 for a men's wash & haircut), and dope chillstep music in the background! 🎧 I made the appointment through Fresha with a different stylist, and had to wait about 15 minutes past, but in the end everything turned out great. My hair tends to grow out on the sides, I explained this to Nikki, and she did a great job compensating for it.

The experience was amazing. I always go to Erika for my haircut and coloring. She was able to give me my usual layered cuts and helped me tone out my hair to be all one color and very ashy. So satisfied with my result!

Ashley was amazing! She was so thorough and gave me a wonderful haircut and color! Loved chatting with her since she’s so so sweet. She was very patient and understanding with all of my questions and made sure that I was completely happy with my hair. I’d trust her with my hair any day and look forward to having my hair done with her again before my wedding next year! :)

Alli is a WONDERFUL stylist. She always greets you with a smile and is so sweet. Her conversations are always flowing but she also knows when you just want to relax. I love seeing her for my haircuts because she always knows how I like my hair cut and styled, and I love that when I ask her to do what I think looks best, she does! I had my hair cut here after going 1.5 years since my last haircut. This is also my first time at Salon Ardor and decided to go with Jen to cut my hair. I’ve heard amazing things from friends who have been here to their hair cut or colored. For context, I’ve never been loyal to any hairstylist since I’ve always had my hair cut by a family friend or by someone recommended to me by an older family member, and I’ve never been happy with any haircut. Jen really took care of my super long and thick hair and cut it exactly to my specifications, I’ll definitely be back!! The BEST scalp massage!!

Aashley is absolutely amazing! Every time I go to her, she does such an incredible job with my hair. She really takes the time to understand what you want and makes sure everything looks perfect. Nora is absolutely amazing and accommodating. I came in for just a haircut, and we last min decided to tone my hair since it was getting too brassy. She fed me, let me use her charger and catch up on my Netflix. I have found my forever stylist in her!!

I have been going to Jen for a few years now and she is literally the most detail oriented and amazing hairdresser I have ever been to! She is truly a master of her craft and takes such pride in everything she does. Alli is such a sweet and talented hair stylist! From the moment I sat down in her chair I knew I was in good hands. She made sure to understand exactly what I desired and talked through every step of the process to make sure I knew what to expect. I got a haircut and balayage and she asked questions throughout to make sure I liked the length, layers, etc of my hair. The end result exceeds my expectations every time. Walter is great!!! I have seen Walter for 25 years! He’s the best hair stylist around. The color that Walter puts in my hair is superb! People always think that I am 10 years younger after Walter colors my hair! A very nice man, with good heart, too!
