Some places don’t need perfect communication to get it right. My stylist was patient, observant, and genuinely accommodating despite the language barrier. He clearly cared about his work and did his absolute best to deliver what I wanted. No rush, no attitude—just solid craft and real effort. I walked out with a clean, well-done haircut that feels right. Very happy with the result. I’ll be back. 有些地方，不需要太多语言，也能把事情做到位。 虽然有沟通上的小障碍，但我的造型师非常有耐心，也很用心，尽力理解我想要的发型。他认真、细心，能看得出他很在乎自己的手艺。 我很喜欢这次的剪发成果，干净又好看。 一定会再来。

I made a last minute same day appointment with Cheng. I’m from out of state and really wanted my haircut. He was so nice and made sure to be as precise as possible. I showed him some inspo pics and he put together what was best for me based off that. He made sure I was satisfied with the length and cut. I was very happy with the results!

The staff were nice and accommodating although I did took quite a bit more time to bleach and color my hair compared to the last time I was here, that was in August of this year. I appreciate the service I received nonetheless.

Everyone there is so friendly and down to earth. They are truly hardworking people and deserve good reviews. Tom was my hair stylist! I am really happy with the hair cut. My hair was really long and Tom made them into a neat layered mid-length, perfect for summer!

I had my appointment with Tom but Simon took me instead. I was a bit nervous as this is my first time trying this salon. Simon cut my hair very quickly and took his time blow drying and styling. I really like my haircut. Thank you again, Simon. I will be back!

I really liked Simon’s work. The haircut was good. But they didnt use any heat protection sprays before flat ironing. I recommend a heat protectant spray and lesser heat while flat ironing.

Cheng was my hair stylist. It was my first time at this salon. Although there was a language barrier, he was very sweet and friendly. He took his time to do a good job on the style with minimal instructions and didn’t rush me. Prices were very reasonable too. I would come back again. Thank you! I am happy.

So happy that I found this salon & Sanda! Originally booked for a haircut but ended up getting perm too. Sanda was able to deliver the same quality/trendy hairstyle that I used to get in Korea. Yes - there was a language barrier but the picture and the translator worked great. Highly recommend this place!

I was helped right away! I asked Kevin for a recommendation for a hairstyle and trusted what he did to my hair. My hair feels light, and the hairstyle looks great. I came at 5 pm, and was finished by around 5:45.

I really liked Cheng Yangs work. He took his time and paid attention to detail which I appreciated. I was nervous because this was my first time cutting my hair to shoulder length but I love it he did exactly what I wanted. .
