I went to Kreative Manes for the first time today. I needed to find an available appointment asap and through internet searches found this salon. I’ve been looking for someone to cut my hair for several years and I’ve tried many hair artists in San Diego and have never been fully satisfied. In less than an hour I had the BEST experience with Mike. He listened to me, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I loved my hair so much that I cancelled an appointment I had made for my daughter at a different salon and booked an appointment for her with Mike next week. HIGHLY recommend. 🖤

I discovered David through a TikTok video. It’s been a while since I last had a haircut. My hair has become quite thin, and I asked him for layers or a cut that would add some volume. He gave me exactly what I needed! I’ll definitely be back!

Male/medium long hair. My first time here. I found this place same day as I was in need of a trim urgently. I went with Leo, showed him a reference picture and despite the language barrier, he 100% understood the assignment. Kept the exact length that I wanted and was very meticulous and patient with his work. Gave my hair some great layers and texture since it was overgrown and getting heavy all around. Thanks for the great cut!!

Mike is a great stylist! He listens to what you want and you can also show him pictures. He will also give you his opinion on what’s best for your hair texture. It’s been my second time to Mike and I’m very happy with my haircut.

So happy that I found this salon & Sanda! Originally booked for a haircut but ended up getting perm too. Sanda was able to deliver the same quality/trendy hairstyle that I used to get in Korea. Yes - there was a language barrier but the picture and the translator worked great. Highly recommend this place!

During my first visit, I showed Leo photos of a bob with airy bangs, and despite the language barrier, he understood my needs perfectly. He kept checking on the length and layers throughout the haircut to make sure I was happy. I loved the results so much that I returned for a second visit! The rest of the staff was also great. Thank you for being so sweet to my children.

I found my new hair stylist! David cuts hair so fast and just how I like it. Showed him a photo of what I wanted and he did exactly that but better. If you want full voluminous hair (women’s haircut) go to David. You won’t be disappointed.

I was helped right away! I asked Kevin for a recommendation for a hairstyle and trusted what he did to my hair. My hair feels light, and the hairstyle looks great. I came at 5 pm, and was finished by around 5:45.

It’s been a while since getting my hair bleached and colored, but from what I remembered, the process look a long time. When I had my appointment with Mike for a color and haircut appointment, I was blown away with the results and how quick the appointment was. Going from black hair, he was able to get my hair to the color I wanted, which was ash blonde, in a few hours (I thought it would take much longer). I am extremely happy with the results, and will definitely be returning!

My mom and I consistently appreciate Nikki's excellent work with our hair. She is exceptionally talented and always attentive to our preferences, in addition to offering valuable hair care advice. We are truly grateful for her services. The salon was quite busy today, and it was evident that everyone there is highly skilled at their craft, judging by the impressive haircuts we observed.

Great first-time experience with my stylist! Mike was attentive, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I wanted before starting. He used my inspo photos to shape the cut in a way that complemented my face perfectly. I especially appreciated that he paused at the beginning to talk through my request instead of rushing in. He was efficient, thoughtful, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and personalized.

I am in San Diego for the summer. I cut my hair in Hawaii before I got here, unfortunately it was not a good cut. So I need help reshaping my hair. I made my apt online with stylist Cheng. He was a very pleasant and professional. Cheng did a great job of restyling my hair. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

I’m a new client so this was my first haircut and color with Gercy! All I can say is I LOVE IT! I recently moved back to San Diego and finding a new hairdresser is never easy. After seeing other vibrant color Gercy did I knew she was the right one to bring my PINK to the next level.

Love my perm! Nobody has ever rolled my perm from the root leaving the wave/curls to be cut out after a few haircuts. My curls will now last and I love my hair. Thank you, Ethan and Simon.

I went early to see if my daughter could get in. Cheng was able to see me at the same time as he finished his customer. My daughter was with the other male. I didn’t get his name but she was happy with her cut. Cheng washed my hair. I showed him the inspo pic and he said he was the person who actually cut it. The front was a different picture and he knew exactly what I was talking about. My hair ends was crunchy from all the bleaching. Even with the language barrier Cheng knew what to do. He styled it with a curling iron and it came out perfect. I’ve given his info to 2 ladies already.
