Great staff, they treated me with respect and did such a wonderful job with my hair. My hair was on the shorter side because it was damaged, they were very professional and given me the exact style that I wanted.

Braids are done well but there was confusion about my appointment time, the braider was double booked, but they worked it out. It does take long, i was there from 9 am - 5 pm for boho knotless braids. I wanted more curls at the front to frame my face but they started the curls too low so that wasn’t possible by the time I realized

Great! I did a texture release forbthe first time and was pleased with how my hair turned out. The stylist Tracey-Ann was nice and communicated openly and was very understanding. The salon space was nicely set up and clean and organized. It was also easy to find and we received the directions ahead of time and booking the service and getting the confirmation was a quick and seamless process. Definitely going back.

It was amazing such a peaceful environment just the way how I like it. I'm definitely coming back listen let me just tell you that from the moment I step downstairs I've been getting compliments straight back to portmore. I wanted to try stitch braids so badly and I'm happy I came across your page cause I don't see no one with that level of neatness that I wanted. I love it prepare to see me often.

The service was professional from beginning to end. My only concern is that not all styles and prices are listed. I feel I was overcharged and it's because of the price alone, why my experience wasn't great.
