Braids are done well but there was confusion about my appointment time, the braider was double booked, but they worked it out. It does take long, i was there from 9 am - 5 pm for boho knotless braids. I wanted more curls at the front to frame my face but they started the curls too low so that wasn’t possible by the time I realized

The experience was fantastic! The environment was clean, the staff was warm and friendly, and the service was top-notch. I did knotless braids, and I can confidently say it's the best set of braids I've ever had! My braider, Natoya, was outstanding—she was incredibly pleasant, gentle, and made the entire experience excellent. A big shoutout to Jada as well for her assistance!

Great! I did a texture release forbthe first time and was pleased with how my hair turned out. The stylist Tracey-Ann was nice and communicated openly and was very understanding. The salon space was nicely set up and clean and organized. It was also easy to find and we received the directions ahead of time and booking the service and getting the confirmation was a quick and seamless process. Definitely going back.

This was my first time going to Shana’s braiding shop and Ms. Stacy-Ann and Tiana were welcoming and they did an excellent job with my hairstyle , everyone liked it and even people on the road. I hope to book with them again next time 😊🫂

I did small-medium knotless and trust me, this was done so neatly and in a short space of time ( 5hrs). The environment was clam and clean.

Hair was neat and completed timely. The only issue was that she wanted the curls at the end of braid to be a bit bigger.
