Have been seeing Paul regularly for a while now for various sports niggles. Today I saw him for a tension headache I’ve had for two weeks. He explained the possible cause and worked really deeply on my neck and shoulders. He gave me some advice for what I can do at home too. Headache is now far less of a problem. Paul is a great listener and is so good at explaining what might be going on in your body.

I’ve felt so relaxed since my massage. Lynne really listened to what I needed and focused on all the areas we discussed. From start to finish, I felt completely cared for and understood. My shoulders and neck feel so much better, and the stress has definitely eased. I left feeling relaxed, a little sleepy, and very well looked after. Great massage as always from Lynne. Had a bespoke massage today as I’ve been having issues with my shoulder. Lynne worked on my shoulder which had knots. Left Lynne’s feeling so much better. Lynne provides a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. I’ll be booking again in a couple of months as another treat to myself.

Lynne made me feel very welcome and comfortable straight away, she explained the treatment that I was going to have clearly, the treatment was absolutely delightful and I was totally relaxed, I would highly recommend only way is Organic and I will certainly be going back.
