Amazing experience. I've been to several sports massage therapist but never have I met someone who has so much knowledge about their craft. He doesn't just jump in- he ask all the right questions and assesses the situation before then working his magic! I'm glad I acted on the recommendation, & I will be back! I've also told people already the amazing job he done. I've been pain free and my shoulder is no longer restricted ( and I've kept up with the homework exercises he's advised). Worth every single penny paid!! Thank you again!

Lovely relaxing setting, I felt very comfortable being there. Charlene is a lovely lady, she made me feel like I could voice what I needed, she made sure pressure was good for me throughout and she focused on the areas of my medical issues where I needed more relaxation. Racquel is always thorough and personalised with her approach, really takes her time to understand what's going on for you each session, and tailors everything for you. She takes her time to explain things, regularly checks in, and is always open to feedback. I've had a few sessions with her now and always feel miles better after each treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good sports reset.
