Tina was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable! I booked a deep tissue massage and it was definitely more of an overall relaxing massage rather than firm (it is relax with Tina of course!). The massage itself only lasted 20 minutes as opposed to 25 stated however still a lovely experience and would recommend for the price and feeling relaxed 💕

The staff were really friendly, the atmosphere was calm and I have never had such a good massage in my life. I had the Indian head and deeper than Deep Back massages, which were recommended by Mantra staff via email correspondence based on my needs. The massage therapist was fantastic and made sure everything was lovely and relaxing for me. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I loved it so much I have booked the same treatments for 2 weeks time. I would highly recommend, especially if you're feeling a bit stressed!

I had my first pregnancy massage yesterday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing—it immediately put me at ease. The space was beautifully set up, with soft lighting and calming music that helped me switch off completely. Emily, was incredibly professional throughout. Her approach was gentle, attentive and very knowledgeable. I left feeling deeply relaxed. It was exactly what I needed. I would absolutely recommend this to any expectant mum looking to relax and feel looked after!

I wasn't sure which of the massages available would be of most benefit, l emailed to ask & Manda responded quickly & gave advice. I booked the intuitive massage, so glad l did..! I had a great experience from start to finish. Manda made me feel at ease, the ambiance of the room was lovely. Especially the music, heated bed & eye mask. The aromatherapy oils were lovely & it was so relaxing. I came out feeling lighter & so relaxed. Aftercare advice was given. Will definitely visit again & would highly recommend Manda. 😊

Another amazing massage and reflexology. The treatment room is gorgeous and so inviting and relaxing with the candles. The bed and blankets are very comfortable. Nearly fell asleep as I was so relaxed. Definitely need to go more often to help me relax.

Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. I booked a relaxing massage but also said I had a really knotted back. Debbie was unreal getting to these knots and still made it super relaxing. Always leave feeling so much more relaxed both physically and mentally. Having regular massages has helped greatly with my arthritis. The room is such a relaxing space I can feel myself start to relax the moment I arrive. I cannot recommend enough, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to Phillipa for almost 2 years for my monthly massage. It’s the only way I’ve found how to switch my brain off for the hour and it’s the most relaxed I could ever feel whilst getting my R&R massage. She’s so gentle and her home studio is so welcoming and it’s just such a beautiful environment to help unwind and relax.

I had my first full body lymphatic drainage massage with Grace today and it was amazing. I’ve never usually been someone who enjoys massages and often find myself tensing up, but Grace made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She has such a calming presence and the most relaxing voice. The massage itself was incredible – so much so that I think I even nodded off! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and lighter. A 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Motion Remedy is incredible, I've been going for the best part of the year and have enjoyed every single massage. I've now been getting regular pregnancy massages with Apple and honestly she has the hands of an angel. She is single-handedly getting me through the aches and pains of the third trimester and I cannot praise her enough. I also booked my husband in with Apple for an aromatherapy massage, he usually struggles with relaxing and is really tense, but he came out relaxed and rejuvenated!

Second time treating myself with 45mis Deep Tissue massage! As much as the first time it was absolutely amazing and relaxing. I went to Becky for a dermabrasion facial followed by an hour long massage and left floating out of her salon. I have had a lot of massages and love to pamper myself but I have to say hands down the massage is the best I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure and firmness and really relaxing. I love that Becky acknowledges that this is an hour for you to enjoy so doesn’t talk (which sometimes I feel compelled that I have to) it really makes you switch off and relax. The scent of the oil is really lovely too. The salon is lovely and warm too. I would encourage anyone to go for a massage with Becky

Amazing - myself & my partner had treatments for 2 & really enjoyed our experience from start to finish. We both had back, neck & shoulders massages along with arm & hand massages which were great. It was so relaxing & we both left feeling amazing! I’m also pregnant & in my 3rd trimester, so was a bit anxious for a massage however they made me feel so relaxed & at ease. They were so accommodating & made me felt comfortable throughout by checking in on me. I wish I had booked myself in for one sooner! We will definitely be back for more.

Fabulous! I feel fresh as a daisy 🌼 nice relaxed atmospheric room with soothing music I felt so relaxed. The candles felt comfortable with a crackly sound as they burned away. 1 ear then the other. Once done Katherine finished with a sinus massage which was also lovely soothing & relaxing. I was provided with a fruity water drink to hydrate and left to gather my thoughts in the room to relax a little while longer. Fabulous treatments here at serenity I would always recommend this salon. Many thanks kat 🥰

Had a great experience this morning at Zilda's. Holistic Thai foot massage, mini facial and Reiki blessing. Zinaida is high skilled and very knowledgeable. She used a combination of pressure points, manipulation, massage and vibration to really relax my feet and entire body. The facial was so relaxing too using natural products. Topped off with a Reiki energy blessing I walked out feeling so calm and relaxed. Thanks Zinaida ♥️

This was my first massage with Aaron. Aaron was very professional and friendly and I felt comfortable and at ease straight away. His studio is a very relaxed and clean environment and the lighting and relaxing music was enough to send me to sleep. The massage itself was amazing, Aaron really knows how to hit the right spots. I loved the leg massage, I could have had 1 hour just on the legs!! After the treatment I was allowed to just relax a bit, and slowly wake up again at my own pace.

I have just had "The Christmas Cranberry Crush" Wow. What an amazing experience. Back massage, head and neck massage,arm and hand massage, all finished off with a facial. After the busy Christmas time it is the perfect way to relax and have a bit of "me" time. The salon is so warm and relaxing. My plans for the rest of the day have now changed. I don't want life to get in the way of how I have left regents retreat. Totally relaxed and chilled out. Lots of great advice given. I'll definitely be treating myself again. I had an amazing massage on Saturday, 2nd May 2026. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which instantly helped me relax. The therapist Sharon was incredibly professional, taking the time to understand exactly where I was holding tension and tailoring the treatment to suit my needs. The massage itself was the perfect balance of relaxing and effective — firm enough to work out the knots in my shoulders and back, but still soothing throughout. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed and far less tense than when I walked in! Would recommend to anybody, will definitely be returning xxx
