Nicole is always chatty and friendly. I had a aromatherapy massage and felt relaxed during it and the shoulder I had some stiffness in felt great afterwards. I will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic sports massage with Lorna and couldn't be happier with the experience. She was highly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly where I was feeling tight and sore. I left feeling much more relaxed, with improved mobility and noticeably less muscle tension. The treatment was tailored to my needs, and I felt comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend Lorna to anyone looking to recover from training, relieve muscle aches, or simply take better care of their body. I'll definitely be booking again.

Fantastic experience! First ever massage so wasn’t really sure what to expect, Lorna talked though everything first and asked what was the most important starting point to work on first. Neck and back have been causing me a lot of pain daily. Felt so relaxed during the session and in the days to follow I had very noticeably reduced pain & easier movement. Will definitely be back regularly to help with pain management. Highly recommend!!

My session was well catered too. The massage techniques and stretches really helped. Cannot thank Lorna anymore for how friendly and kind she was upon arrival also very professional. Would recommend her to anyone feeling stiff or discomfort.

I have been having massage and reflexology treatments from Nicole for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has helped me massively with all my back, shoulder and hip pain over the years and really does have healing hands! I can’t recommend her enough!!

My first visit to see Lorna and certainly won’t be my last. She was extremely professional , knowledgeable and found all of my aches and pains, even some I didn’t know about. I would defo recommend Lorna if you are looking for someone who can keep you moving and help you with any niggles or issues you might have.
