Great massage for my back and shoulders. The therapist used techniques that released tension by applying pressure to acupressure points, and the results were immediate. My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend!

This is my second facial at Erica’s I thoroughly enjoy each treatment! The salon is a relaxing environment and she has such a lovely personality. Outstanding service from Millie, I’d booked a deep tissue massage after travelling for several days and it was just what I needed to relieve the pressure in my back, neck and shoulder muscles. Great value for money and very friendly team at the derby spa.

Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. Thank you girls <3

It was so relaxing and the best thing is that Ella spends so much time talking to you about how you should take care of yourself once you step out of the salon, she wants you to keep putting effort and shows you easy ways on how to maintain that relaxed, refreshing feeling until the next appointment.

Jenna was very professional and friendly. Made me feel at ease and relaxed. I had a winter warmer package which entailed back massage with hot stones ,facial, foot massage and head massage . I felt amazing after . Would definitely recommend jenna the setting was so relaxing and calming .

I absolutely recommend Michelle 100%. I had the stones/bamboo and Indian head massage. I have never had a massage like this. Totally relaxing and at a pressure I was comfortable with as Michelle asked before my massage what I would like. I will definitely book to go again. Just off for a nap 😴

I’ve had several treatments with Sam, including a facial, Japanese head spa, massage and body contouring, and every one has been amazing. She is so friendly, professional and always makes you feel completely at ease. The treatments are always relaxing, and I’ve noticed great results. I always leave feeling refreshed and would highly recommend.

My daughter and I had a very relaxing experience at Venus Beauty this afternoon. Lovely, professional ladies made us feel very welcome and relaxed. I had a back scrub and steep tissue back massage which was amazing and my daughter an Indian head massage and foot massage which she loved! Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful, calm, and instantly relaxing. Zaria was so warm, welcoming, and reassuring throughout. She took time to check what felt comfortable for me and made the whole experience feel very personalised and caring. The hot stone massage was incredible, and I left feeling deeply relaxed and looked after. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I visited ALT BEAUTY for a Swedish massage and it was such a calming, peaceful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so relaxing and I felt completely at ease. The massage itself was lovely and very much needed. I felt so sleepy and relaxed by the end! I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

My pregnancy massage was truly amazing, Sandra is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Lovely environment. The consultation process was thorough and the massage itself was fantastic. At 38 weeks pregnant I feel so relaxed which is a real luxury. I wish I had done this sooner so I could fit more massages in before my due date.

I had the Ella Method facial yesterday and it did not disappoint! Ella’s facial massage skills were amazing, it genuinely felt like having a mini face lift yet the whole treatment was simultaneously so relaxing. My face was noticeably less puffy afterwards and my jawline looks much more defined and sculpted. Even today I can still see the effects! I know Ella puts great care and thought into selecting her products and you can tell- my skin is glowing and so soft today. I’m getting married next year and I’ll definitely be adding these treatments into my beauty prep leading up to the wedding!
