Great massage for my back and shoulders. The therapist used techniques that released tension by applying pressure to acupressure points, and the results were immediate. My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend!

Outstanding service from Millie, I’d booked a deep tissue massage after travelling for several days and it was just what I needed to relieve the pressure in my back, neck and shoulder muscles. Great value for money and very friendly team at the derby spa.

Gong Space Holistics has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and calming decor. I had a full body Swiss massage for an hour delivered by Kiren who is gentle and kind but knows exactly how and when to add pressure to release tension you never knew you had. I left feeling completey relaxed, all the stiffness from my body gone. Highly recommended. Thank you for allowing me to book last minute (about 2 hours before), Kiren, and giving me such a great massage.

I had a facial along with a wonderful back massage by Ella this time. It was so relaxing and the best thing is that Ella spends so much time talking to you about how you should take care of yourself once you step out of the salon, she wants you to keep putting effort and shows you easy ways on how to maintain that relaxed, refreshing feeling until the next appointment.

I’ve had several treatments with Sam, including a facial, Japanese head spa, massage and body contouring, and every one has been amazing. She is so friendly, professional and always makes you feel completely at ease. The treatments are always relaxing, and I’ve noticed great results. My daughter and I had a very relaxing experience at Venus Beauty this afternoon. Lovely, professional ladies made us feel very welcome and relaxed. I had a back scrub and steep tissue back massage which was amazing and my daughter an Indian head massage and foot massage which she loved! I visited ALT BEAUTY for a Swedish massage and it was such a calming, peaceful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so relaxing and I felt completely at ease. My pregnancy massage was truly amazing, Sandra is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Lovely environment. The consultation process was thorough and the massage itself was fantastic. At 38 weeks pregnant I feel so relaxed which is a real luxury. I wish I had done this sooner so I could fit more massages in before my due date.

I had the Ella Method facial yesterday and it did not disappoint! Ella’s facial massage skills were amazing, it genuinely felt like having a mini face lift yet the whole treatment was simultaneously so relaxing. My face was noticeably less puffy afterwards and my jawline looks much more defined and sculpted. Even today I can still see the effects! I know Ella puts great care and thought into selecting her products and you can tell- my skin is glowing and so soft today. I’m getting married next year and I’ll definitely be adding these treatments into my beauty prep leading up to the wedding!

Louise (the therapist) was so lovely and professional all throughout the treatment. She thoroughly explained the treatment and what treatment would help me in the future for other concerns I have. The treatment room, was so warm and cosy, made me feel relaxed. After my lymphatic drainage massage, I felt so much lighter, and felt my 'sluggish-ness' decrease aswell! I would definitely return again for this treatment with Louise.
