Great massage for my back and shoulders. The therapist used techniques that released tension by applying pressure to acupressure points, and the results were immediate. My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend!

My pregnancy massage was truly amazing, Sandra is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Lovely environment. The consultation process was thorough and the massage itself was fantastic. At 38 weeks pregnant I feel so relaxed which is a real luxury. I wish I had done this sooner so I could fit more massages in before my due date.

Excellent sports massage from Lauren. She took her time to understand the areas I’ve been struggling with and talked me through everything clearly. Identified the areas that needed working on providing advice and guidance throughout the session. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service left me feeling already improved after my first appointment. Highly recommend!

Louise (the therapist) was so lovely and professional all throughout the treatment. She thoroughly explained the treatment and what treatment would help me in the future for other concerns I have. The treatment room, was so warm and cosy, made me feel relaxed. After my lymphatic drainage massage, I felt so much lighter, and felt my 'sluggish-ness' decrease aswell! I would definitely return again for this treatment with Louise.

Louise is such a lovely person and her treatment room makes you relax the second you walk through the door. Louise suggested lymphatic drainage as well as massage to help with the symptoms I had been struggling with. It was possibly the best treatment I’ve ever received!

Lauren is PURE magic! I had such a fantastic back, neck, and shoulder massage - truly one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had in a long time. She took the time to do a thorough consultation beforehand, so she really understood exactly where I was holding tension and tailored everything perfectly. The massage itself was incredibly effective and focused, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I have been for my 2nd massage treatment and I'm feeling 10 times better. Lauren is very astute and considerate , and really gets to the root of the problem. Having knee trauma can be exhaustive , but Lauren by manipulation , therapy and kindness means your completely relaxed and you feel the benefits. I chatted today about my weight loss journey and I learnt so much about calories, weight control , real benefits to a healthier life. You go for physical repair , but in my case, she catered for my mental health to, being so interesting and talking thru my weight loss plans . Thank you Lauren
