I had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and made such a difference to all the tightness and aches I’d been carrying. I had an incredible lymphatic drainage massage at Erica’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had the Ella Method facial yesterday and it did not disappoint! Ella’s facial massage skills were amazing, it genuinely felt like having a mini face lift yet the whole treatment was simultaneously so relaxing. My face was noticeably less puffy afterwards and my jawline looks much more defined and sculpted. Even today I can still see the effects! I know Ella puts great care and thought into selecting her products and you can tell- my skin is glowing and so soft today. I’m getting married next year and I’ll definitely be adding these treatments into my beauty prep leading up to the wedding!

Rusalina was so lovely and welcoming when I arrived today for the first time. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss what I wanted to achieve with my lash appointment. I’ve had lashes done previously but this is by far the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back soon 💖

She is so friendly, professional and always makes you feel completely at ease. The treatments are always relaxing, and I’ve noticed great results. I visited ALT BEAUTY for a Swedish massage and it was such a calming, peaceful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so relaxing and I felt completely at ease. Been going to Louise a while now and what I’ve noticed is, the treatment/massage is never repetitive and is to suit your problems. Very vast knowledge of all the muscles/ligaments and how to treat and prevent pain, keeps me injury free so I can progress 🙌🏻 The best

My first time at Green Thai massage and my experience was welcoming and the masseuse did a fab job, relaxed and well massaged. If I had to add any criticism it would be once the massage was done, they were in a bit of a hurry to rush you out. Otherwise great massage x
