Blissed out. Over the moon with this experience! Amira has a way of moving with you which is to me altogether new and such a blessing in disguise. Will undoubtably be back as often as I can be, even got sound advice that is ringing through everything now and reminding me where my feet are. Never had a massage where I didn’t flinch at some point and I was informed about every step. Had an intra oral massage and I could barely tell it was actually inside my mouth. Nothing was awkward at any point and I literally have never been so present for a treatment before. 100/10.

Another amazing experience with Amy. She focused on my concerns about looking 'jowly' and ageing in the lower part of my face and my usual lip fillers. Even though still waiting on the Botox to kick in the effect of the fillers is immediately so good. I feel so much fresher and younger without looking like i had 'work done'. A great environment and experience at a very reasonable price, never hesitate to recommend Amy.

Had a wonderful TMJ massage with Andrew! Felt such relief and walked away with something’s to think about for stretches and relaxation. Andrew has a really lovely calm manner that leaves you feeling very chill and relaxed ( on top of the massage itself!)

I had an incredible experience with Andrew that I just have to share! After months of hitting the gym hard, I booked a Deep Tissue massage to work out the kinks in my muscles, and let me tell you, Andrew truly delivered! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting! The massage itself was pure bliss; Andrew’s skill and technique worked wonders, melting away all my tension. Fantastic really good and listens about what health issues you have

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Another great massage, honestly leaving with a new experience each time and feeling all the lighter for it. Really listens in and takes their time to tackle any difficult spots.

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.

Always have the best experience with Amira. They create a very positive and trusting environment, encouraging you and giving you the confidence to tap in and listen to your own body and get what you need from your session. It's been a very welcome learning curve for me over the past 2 years and I always look forward to my bodywork sessions. The new space is gorgeous, very warm amd welcoming. Highly recommend, if you're considering it just do it. A beautiful experience :)
