I had an excellent session with Piotr. He has a fantastic understanding of physiology and really took the time to assess my issues rather than just giving a generic massage. I walked out feeling significantly more mobile and with much less tension. Highly recommend his expertise if you're looking for someone who actually knows how the body works!

Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Brilliant focus on a difficult injury and tight surrounding muscle groups. Not an easy fix, but great results the next day, area feeling much more relaxed and functional.

I had an amazing session with Gav at Glasgow Rehab & PT. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease. I have had many experiences in Glasgow trying to find the person who can understand my needs and issues as a long distance runner. I arrived carrying my body like a badly packed suitcase — everything jammed in, nothing quite where it should be. Two hours later, I left feeling unpacked, listened to, and reassembled. This isn’t just a massage. It’s a full-body myofascial session. The space is warm and genuinely welcoming, and Amira herself is calm, attentive and present without being intrusive, skilled without being forceful. Nothing is forced, it feels safe to let go. Things softened because they were allowed to. My body feels freer today than it has in a long time. I left calmer and more at home in myself. The best! 💜

Peter is excellent at his job when I first went I was in excruciating pain with siatac nerve pain out of 10 it said it was 20 I am now so much better which is down to Peter first class physio care I would recommend Peter 💯

Had such a lovely appointment with Amy and the most painless Botox treatment I’ve ever had. Amy was super knowledgeable and advised on the best placement for my concerns. Can’t wait to come back for more treatments!

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. They helped release a lot of stiffness in my body, and I feel much more relaxed. I have had 3 sessions now, and after each one I feel more aligned with myself, calmer, and more at peace. Thank you! ☺

Just had results of my MRI scan last month.Several issues but no operation Will repair all issues. Sent results to Gav and has gave me a full rehab exercises for my knee to get me back doing a little running and ready for hyrox in march if my knee is up to it Would recommend Gav for physio/ rehab etc .Has great knowledge and average patter.

Cannot recommend Amira enough, such a kind knowledgeable person. Took the time to understand what my issue was and thought about the best way to treat it.l with a buccal massage. For the first time in months I have no back pain thanks to a jaw massage! The tension in my jaw has been released for the first time in a very very long time. Give it a try.

Excellent session with Gav today, seeing the hard rehab strengthening work he set me pay off, cheers mate 👍 we go on 💪🏻😅

I cant recommend The Talking Body Clinic highly enough. I had 3 appointments and plan to attend regularly from now on. Genuinely life changing. Jaw release and the scar tissue massage have both made a significant difference having only been a few days since my visit.

Another amazing trip to Amy, the advice she gives is above and beyond and always leave feeling great, reassured and confident. If you are looking for natural enhancements don’t go anywhere else
