After seven weeks of physiotherapy with Steven I am now back to pretty much full mobility, after not being able to walk properly due to a massive hernia of a lumbar spine disc that I suffered in December. Professional, respectful, great positive energy. Couldn't recommend his treatments and approach more.

Robb was great. After unsuccessful treatment elsewhere I contacted the physio clinic and seen Robb who made me aware of "the bucket theory" and gave me exercises to work the area of my back where an old problem had reappeared. Suddenly things clicked and I realised there may be a deeper cause to the physical pain I was feeling and I worked it was most likely due to stress, that was flaring up injuries. Since then I have consciously tried to reduce my stress levels along with carrying out the exercises and I'm happy to say my back feels pretty much normal again now. Thank you Robb!

I have had many experiences in Glasgow trying to find the person who can understand my needs and issues as a long distance runner. Gavin took time to listen today, assess what he needed to and release the tightness where it was most needed today. Already booked in for pre race MOT! Amazing energy too!

Highly recommend the Physio clinic. Thorough information is provided as well as recommended exercises for recover with equipment onsite to demonstrate the exercises and check positioning etc. Highly recommend.

Fantastic really good and listens about what health issues you have

Peter has been brilliant helping men with my recovery from my ACL Reconstruction. His cryotherapy helped with the initial swelling and now the exercises and massage he has been performing has been helping me rebuild my movement and mobility in my knee.

I had a Swedish massage with Andrew @ Ark Massage Therapy. The whole experience, the treatment room and Andrew’s expertise was excellent. I’d happily recommend Andrew!!

Massage therapy is a wonderful solution for stress. Feel much better after my treatment. Andrew is a great therapist with integrity and good taste in music. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his service to anyone.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

I've been going to see John Neeson at this physio for quite some time, every time I go I feel its a great experience I do the exercises in relation to the therapy provided, always end up back in no time, I would without hesitation recommend this physio for all your physical therapy requirements

Another great massage, honestly leaving with a new experience each time and feeling all the lighter for it. Really listens in and takes their time to tackle any difficult spots.

They create a very positive and trusting environment, encouraging you and giving you the confidence to tap in and listen to your own body and get what you need from your session. It's been a very welcome learning curve for me over the past 2 years and I always look forward to my bodywork sessions. The new space is gorgeous, very warm amd welcoming. Highly recommend, if you're considering it just do it. A beautiful experience :)

Top man and great at what he does. Gav took me on short notice a week out from competing at a Hyrox and has put me in a better state physically and mentally for doing it.
