Amazing first massage at My Body My Temple. I was recommended to visit My Body My Temple by a friend of mine as I have been having problems with my shoulders. I had the head, neck and shoulder massage. Most massages I have had at different spa’s in the past, just concentrated on the areas that you had paid for, but this time not only were by shoulders massaged but so was my spine with connecting tissues. Will certainly go again and thank you.

Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating in finding an appointment time that worked for me and made me feel welcome and completely at ease as soon as I arrived. I had a full body massage and facial, and both treatments were amazing – so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The whole experience felt professional, calming and personalised. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and already looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend Sarah and will definitely be back!

Fabulous full body and face massage at My Body My Temple. Maryna's expertise and skills were evident from the very beginning of my massage along with her genuine warmth, compassion and humour. This was my first massage from Maryna and I booked my next one as soon as I got home. Highly recommended.
