Miles was fantastic! Met for first time and he really prioritised getting to know me, my concerns and what I wanted from the treatment. He is energetic, super informative and caring. Had a superb back and leg massage that totally left me on cloud 9. I’ll be booking again next month for massage and cupping therapy next!

Went in not with very little knowledge about my aches and pains, straight away Miles noticed things I didn’t realise and explained it to me. He is highly knowledgable and relates everything and explains it all, I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you don’t feel like you need it!

To say I was nervous before coming to treatment, I was put at ease straight away. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helping understand my issues better. I have been struggling with pains in my legs and back for a while and Miles took the time to not only help me with this through massage therapy but to explain to me in detail what could be contributing to this in my everyday life. After just one session I feel not only so much better in the areas we worked on but understanding where this could be happening and what I could do to help mitigate these pains in my everyday life.

Miles is such a kind and compassionate person who really takes the time to understand your concerns and puts you at ease. He was super supportive when I didn’t enjoy my legs being massaged and really helped relieve tension. He is very knowledgeable with how to manage injuries/issues and I would 100% recommend! Excellent music choices too!
