I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I have been to many different lash tech over the year but the only ones that have lasted and actually look good is the sets done by Louise best lashes tech in Harrogate, she also make you feel so comfortable when getting the treatment

Chloe does an amazing job of my nails every time. My nails are in great condition and I always love the nail art she can do. Reasonably priced and efficient too!

The best nail care in Harrogate. Amy is the loveliest lady who takes such pride in her work. She has started transforming my nails and I always walk away incredibly happy with the results. Amy is one of those rare finds.

I have been seeing Lucia for years and she is amazing! She is incredibly warm & welcoming, and her waxing is the best in Harrogate.

Adore visiting Millie to get my nails done with BIAB…she’s always professional, always happy to fit in with my nail art ideas, and I always come away smiling. An absolute gem..so glad I found her!! xx 🌺

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. I encourage you to support Rachael now she is self employed to a) receive the best treatments in Harrogate & b) to help a new business grow. I will be returning & returning. A very happy client ❤️

Great nail technician, friendly and welcoming. And amazing with nails.

Amy gave me an absolutely gorgeous French BIAB manicure. Exactly what I wanted and had a lovely chat too. Super knowledgeable on nail health and shaped my nails to perfection. Highly recommend! :)

Love having my nails done with Millie. Very professional, with great attention to detail. The salon itself is lovely and everyone there is very friendly and professional. Millie has a great choice of colours and also does nail art and something a little different if you want. Millie always tries to accommodate you and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Also has a loyalty scheme which is great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Millie to anyone.

I left yesterday with the prettiest nails done by Lauren, I was so impressed. She somehow gets better every time I go to her, and I won't go to anyone else. She's very meticulous about nail prep and it shows in the longevity of my set each month. The studio is always clean and neat as well which is fantastic

Millie has been great, she really cares about my nail journey and wants to make sure that they are the healthiest nails. I don’t have super long nails but absolutely love still having them done 🥰

I had a pedicure and very happy with it. Sophie was lovely and chatty through my appointment. I highly recommend this little gem of a place and also Sophie. She's lovely, professional and did a fabulous job of my nails. Thank you 😊

The facial I had with Zee was amazing. She made it super relaxing and was very accommodating, especially when my back started to ache. Sadly, I didn’t enjoy my pedicure as much. I have had a pedi with Zee before and she did an amazing job and the finish was great. Although Ella was super friendly and chatty, she put a lot of polish on my big toe nails which made the finish look thick. She had to do one nail three times, and I was really pleased that she was so persistent with getting it right but sadly, one of the toes has totally smudged already, hours after the treatment.
