My first private lesson with Tomoko was amazing! I am a beginner in pilate and gave up group classes in the past… Her lesson covers approximately 15-20 postures which keeps you busy and exciting. Plus her instructions and precise posture corrections really help your core muscles and stretch. I highly recommend Tomoko’s lesson!!
