I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

It was my first time getting extensions and I’m really impressed with the results!! I had some added at the front of my face area due to having breakage /thinning and the extensions have really made my hair look healthier and look much thicker. I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment.
