Gill really knows her stuff. She is trained in a wide range of massage techniques so even if you are not sure what you need, don’t hesitate. She is thorough and professional, and works in a very calming space. She’s very knowledgeable about the body as a whole and can offer guidance on injury prevention and day to day exercises to help with issues. Great service.

I can’t rate Gem enough. I have been receiving physiotherapy for 6 months, having dislocated and broken my shoulder in December and was really struggling to get back my full range of movement in the joint which was starting to get me down. After just one session with Gem, I was able to perform some of the physio exercises I had been really struggling with which made me feel truly grateful to have come across her. I feel she must really understand biomechanics and how the body works to be able to have made such a difference in one session and can’t thank her enough - thank you Gem! 🙏

Gem gave me a really comprehensive deep muscle massage for sore and painful neck and back muscles. It felt fantastic and Gem really knows what she’s doing. The space was a very calming green oasis too. Gem also gave me good advice on stretching too so the whole experience felt very thorough.
