Very relaxing, good amount of time in the sauna, you are supplied with towels robes and the shower afterwards was refreshing. The staff are very friendly. The ambiance is relaxing.

Carmel is the best! I am so glad I decided to get lymphatic drainage done. I went in with a tight, sore back, and heavily bloated. I walked out feeling so much lighter, less bloated, and my back was even less sore! I’ll definitely be back again soon, and I’m really glad I met Carmel, she is so lovely and we had a very insightful chat! 😊

Today I had a Brazilian lymphatic massage done by Bianca. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I’ve had. The experience overall was incredible, Bianca was kind and welcoming from start to finish and it was clear from the beginning of the massage she knew exactly what she was doing. As someone who has just had a major surgery and was a little anxious about having a treatment done, I appreciate how comforting she was and reminded me this is time to switch off and relax, which she made easy to do!

Mike’s breath and sound healing class is magical. He is so talented and his gentle nature makes you feel at ease and calm. My entire body tingled while taking in deep breaths and I could feel every cell revive!! The vibration of the didgeridoo and sound bowels is so breathtaking! What an amazing hour of beautiful sounds. 🤩🥰🙏

I had a wonderful relaxation massage with Bianca. She was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. Bianca explained that the therapeutic background music wasn't working that day, but honestly, it didn't detract from the experience at all. Her calming presence and excellent technique made the massage so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed. I highly recommend Bianca to anyone looking for a gentle, calming and relaxing massage experience. I can't wait to book my next appointment! 🤗

Carmel did an amazing job with the remediation and relaxation massage. She checked in often to made sure I was feeling okay. I felt so comfortable and at ease that I fell asleep. Hopefully I didnt snore. Thanks again for today, Carmel. I'll definitely be back :)

I had the best experience, so calming and relaxing. Everyone was extremely freindly welcoming. Taylah was is amazing, she explained everything to me before we started and ensured I had the right treatment. Deepest relaxation i have ever felt. I highy recommend. The treatment I had was the brazilian lymphatic drainage massage.
