Had an amazing lymphatic drainage and sculpting treatment with Helen today 🥰 Her technique is more firm and targeted, which I personally loved because you can really feel her working through areas of fluid, stagnation and tension. Today I had my first appointment at Body D Tox and met Carmel, who was my therapist for the day.
