I recently had a waxing session at Namaste Swindon Beauty Services by Reema, and I must say – it was the best experience I’ve ever had! Reema is such a kind, well-educated, and experienced professional. She did full arm, full leg, underarm, and Hollywood waxing for me, and it was done with minimal pain and great care. I am not easily pleased but, from my first appointment with Elaine for brow shaping to several others fr lash extensions, threading etc, I trust Elaine’s process and end results so much that I always drift off to sleep - That’s how confident I am of Elaine. Elaine is excellent at what she does, with a welcoming smile that compliments the ambience of the SPA, you are in for a treat!

Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.

Absolutely amazing facial, my skin is glowing! Shan made me feel so welcome and relaxed, absolutely recommend 100%. 😊

I had such a wonderful experience with Shannon, from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease thanks to her warm, friendly nature. The setting itself is lovely—calm, relaxing, and the perfect escape from a busy day. The facial I had was absolutely amazing—my skin felt incredibly refreshed, glowing, and noticeably smoother afterwards. You can really tell Shannon takes pride in what she does and pays attention to every detail. Always a fantastic experience with Shannon! She always goes above and beyond with treatments, and even microneedling feels like a pamper.
