I had a blow dry with Kay for the first time and she didn't disappoint. She took time to understand what I wanted and then started the appointment with an incredible massage to relax me. I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Nisa today! The consultation was great — she really listened to everything I wanted and understood exactly what I was looking for. She was so professional, friendly, and made the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable. Nisa did such an amazing job and the final result was honestly 10/10. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier. She paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy throughout. I love going to the Harrow branch of Full Stop! Fantastic service and all the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend getting your hair done by Phuong, he's an artist. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service provided. I wish I'd started going here years ago.

Vishani is such a lovely person and so professional. Today she threaded my daughters upper lip. She has now had experience with both waxing and threading and honestly, she prefers threading over waxing! She said Vishani was so gentle and it didn’t hurt as much as waxing. I would definately recommend Vishani’s services and even more so when you have little ones ‘first time’ with treatment.

Mitesh was absolutely amazing. he really understood what i wanted and took time to understand and booked me in for a consultation. his haircut is brilliantly amazing!!! i am so so so happy with my toner and haircut and will definitely be back for a balayage later this year!!! thankyou to mitesh and the team they were incredible and very gentle and respectful.
