I had my brow and lash tint done by Ras, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, polite, and very precise in her work. Ras takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and won't let you leave until you're completely satisfied. The salon is also very cosy, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend Ras to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful results! Thank you Ras!

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.
