This is my second massage within 3 days. Up in Newcastle area for the weekend and took advantage of having 2 massages to try and help my neck, back, upper leg and foot pain. Anna took such good care of me, which I really needed today. The massage was tailored to my needs, and Anna is excellent at checking in during the process

Since I’ve been visiting Anna for massage my entire outlook towards treatment has changed. I suffer greatly with stiffness and pain in my upper back, neck and shoulders due to hyper mobility. In the past, masseurs I have visited have often left me more broken, more stiff and in more pain due to their more aggressive style of ‘treatment’. Anna understands that due to my circumstances I require a more thought out and measured approach and always comes to our sessions with more knowledge and ways to help me.
