Absolutely brilliant haircut top of the market as they say you get what you pay for but I think I underpaid for how brilliant it was ! And the staff is just the greatest !big shout Murphy at Newcastle !

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Booking appointment was so easy. Gorgeous salon, friendly staff, great vibe! Loved my hair- thanks so so much Lorraine, you are the BEST! As a side note, amazing tunes and refreshments, will be back and have told all my friends to book in !

Brilliant. Rima and Ritchie two of the easiest nicest people to get along with and whoever does your hair they make it their aim to give you what you want. Very professional and know what they are doing. Salon in nipping clean and a very bright cheerful pace . I got my eyelashes done , fab , and going back for my nails. They have a wide variety of nail colours and patterns and gel infills. This is my honest opinion of this salon which I know from going in and having a lovely colour and a really good haircut. First appointment with Blake and can't rate him or the service any higher. He's done an amazing job on my hair, the best balyage I've had. Not a fan of salons usually but messaged Blake as he looked friendly and approachable and he really was. Looking forward to my next visit 😊

Absolute delight to see ~Rima & Richie again - so relieved you are still there andlove what you have done to the salon. Had the same great welcome & great customer service. So relieved to be able to continue with a company folk I trust. Reluctantly gave just 4 stars because of small disappointing hairdressing issue which I know can be remedied on my next visit. It was to be expected with my problem hair after having been with Sergio for about 40 years - so look forward to seeing you all again soon. You SO deserve success - good luck & long may it continue! Lauren did an incredible transformation for my hair and I couldn't be happier! I've been to multiple different salons to get my hair bleached and toned with horrible outcomes so I was very nervous to come to yet another salon to try my luck. I was very well taken care of even though I was very nervous. The end results speak for themselves. Highly recommend 10/10😍💖

This is such a welcoming and friendly salon. Lorraine cuts and colours my hair exactly how I like it and is happy to give advice on suitable salon products. It has a wonderful atmosphere.

Abi has totally transformed my hair. She took the time to talk me through what I was asking for and made sure I was happy at every point. I love the end result and has such a lovely experience in the salon. Cannot recommend enough!

There are some excellent barbershops/barbers in Newcastle— I don’t tend to have a long-term go-to as I like to try new places.. I’ve been meaning to try Rascals in Hoult’s yard for a while but never got round to it— the new shop in Low Friar St was easier for me to get to so tried for the first time today on it’s opening day— so glad I did.
