The best sports massage I’ve ever had. My legs were very stiff and achy from running. Nikki knew exactly where the problem areas were and really worked them. I felt like I’d got a new pair of legs afterwards 😁

Nikki has prepared well to enable her to reopen in the current climate and I felt confident and comfortable in the clinic setting as a result of the measures she has put in place. This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. I felt so much better for the massage and I will certainly be going back in the future, thank you.

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

Chris is great at explaining everything and made easier to understand with various diagrams and pictures. I been to see Chris twice now and can honestly say I can see and feel a difference.

Chris was great , very informative with what he was doing in investigating why I am experiencing lower back pain, and how the body works, and devised excersises to work on to hopefully improve my back pain 😀
