I just had the most amazing massage by Kimberley - actually, it was the best massage I've ever had. It was a full body Swedish massage given with such care and consideration to the parts of my body that I needed extra help with. I've come home feeling so much better and so relaxed. I would recommend Kimberley to anyone! And I will. The Venue is a stunning place - spotlessly clean and welcoming. Sasha gave me the most warm and friendly welcome, what a wonderful start :) I will be booking in again soon, not just for a massage, either. I need to go through the whole treatment menu! I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

I can highly recommend the 'winter warmer' treatment. After a wonderful and relaxing hot stone back massage, I had a brilliant facial, which has left my skin feeling beautifully soft!
