I had my first consultation and patch test done for Electrolysis with Nilima today. I felt comfortable and relaxed and everything was explained to me in detail so I understood what was going to happen. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment with Nilima and getting rid of my stubborn hair that previous laser hair removal wasn’t able to remove. Today was my first 30 minute session of electrolysis with Nilima, and I had the white hairs on my face done and I was very happy with the results. We had about 8 minutes left till the end of the session so Nilima decided to use that time to get some of the white hairs on the side of my head as I am also going to have electrolysis treatment done on my head. Thank you once again and I will see you for my 1 hour session on Thursday 🙏

I got my eyebrows done today and I’m honestly so happy with the result! It’s usually quite difficult for me to maintain a good shape, but this time it was done perfectly. My brows haven’t looked this neat and well-shaped in a long time. A big thank you to Hetal for doing such an amazing job—she was very precise and understood exactly what suited my face. A wonderful head spa with Lera. What a beautiful soul she is. She took great care of me and my sister for her birthday treat. Explained everything and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We nearly cancelled due to our Saturday booking having to be rescheduled and losing out on the cancelled train fare but I didn't want to break my promise to my sister. I was told by Dionne the manager that is said in black bold caps on the website that they don't take head spa appointments on Saturdays. After our call ,I checked again and there were no black bold caps saying this. Not a great response!

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down.
