I went to see Amy for a sports massage Today! Her knowledge, understanding and treatment of the body is incredible! I felt completely comfortable, safe and relaxed in her care and I felt that she was extremely attentive to my needs! Even remembering that I am vegan and letting me know that all her products were suitable for me! Over the years, I have seen specialists from chiropractors to physiotherapists! Had treatments for injuries and rehabilitation to just treating tight/sore areas! I have to say that Amy is the best therapist I have ever seen!! Thank you Amy 🙏

Seen Amy at her Moor Lane,Crosby site a good few years ago Amy is a lovely girl,she makes you so welcome,I explained to Amy about my neck, shoulders and lower back being a bit stiff and sore and for the rest of the session she worked on my problem spots,and the massage was so relaxing and did explain i might be a bit sore afterwards,but I highly recommend Amy,the only problem I will have now in recommending her is I will find it harder to book another session 😂 Top marks to Amy 👍🏻👍🏻

Had an absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage with Amy today, really needed it too after my lower back became really uncomfortable over the last week or so. Amy listened to what I needed and really applied her knowledge to the issues not only in my lower back and hips but my shoulder and neck. She utilised her knowledge in anatomy and physiology and applied that Tommy individual needs and I can now get my trousers on without sound affects, move much easier than I have for the last ten days and am feeling the benefits of her knowledge and skills . What can I say .. Most of my appointments (usually every couple of weeks) are booked for a much needed relax and brain switch-off, but I also quite often need to loosen up a niggly lower back & tight leg (IT geek, so LOTS of time sat at the desk hunched over a keyboard, despite trying my best to NOT hunch ..! ) Everytime I have a relaxing massage from Amy, afterwards, it's like someone has turned the volume down on the world & put it on slo-mo, definite sanity saver, especially over this last year or so with not being able to travel for a break & recharge as I normally would..
