What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Really positive experience with Kirstie, she came highly recommended and I can see why. She talked through what she was doing in detail and at all times I felt at ease and she was applying the right amount of pressure. I’ve had some massages in the past that have been really uncomfortable all throughout so this was a really refreshing experience and in a relaxing environment. She’s given me some advice on things to do and avoid after the session. Have already booked in next session and feel a bit better already - thank you!

Fay provided an excellent therapy session. I have quite a few aches and pains being the far side of retirement. Fay took care to question examine and check condition. The session was an for hour of muscle massage - assessing mobility and providing feedback. Tnak you Fay

I had a fantastic experience at Well Move Sport Therapy. I received a professional and targeted massage from Fay, who clearly knows what she’s doing. My shoulder pain has eased significantly, and I’m planning to continue my treatment sessions. The clinic was clean and well-organised, the atmosphere calming, and the service warm and welcoming. Great results, great vibe highly recommended.
