I received a spa package as a gift and it was lovely. Beverley gave a fantastic massage, very firm and my back feels much better for it. The facial was also lovely, with wonderful smelling Bramble and Bee products.

Amazing pedicure in a very clean spacious room with a lovely therapist

A great experience. I am not an experienced spa goer and I was made to feel very comfortable, with great respect for modesty. I am now thoroughly un-knotted!

Elsa my beautician was welcoming and friendly and extremely competent. My pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had and my facial totally relaxing. Lovely products and a warm and comfortable room made the whole experience a delight. Thank you.

Very good. Service was good, and pedicure to a high standard.

Elsa created a space that was welcoming and gentle which really helped me to switch off my busy mind. I had a the best back neck and shoulder massage- as she properly worked on all the tension areas. By the end of the treatment I felt completely relaxed and calm- just what I was looking for. I will definitely be booking in again next time we stay at The Grand.

We had a total of six treatments with Sam and Lauren last Friday to start what was to become a fantastic 'spa weekend' at The Grand. Sam has created a beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing environment at Bramble & Bee. The treatments were superb. Sam and Lauren both combined professionalism with warmth and empathy.
