Absolutely love Krystel MediSpa! The staff is incredibly professional, the space is clean and welcoming, and the services are topnotch. Olga is truly the best when it comes to laser treatments! she’s knowledgeable, gentle, & makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process. I’ve seen amazing results thanks to her expertise! & if you’re considering lip blush or colour, I highly recommend Nadin. Her attention to detail & artistry are amazing! she really takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the shape and shade. So grateful to have this gem right here in Dieppe. Highly recommended! 💜

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday with a lash lift and tint, and brow wax and tint, so I decided to try Krystel MediSpa, and I was not disappointed! When I made the original booking, I was able to book the lash tint/life but struggled to add on the brow wax/tint on the online booking system. Nadiia was welcoming and kind, and I felt so relaxed during my visit that I fell asleep a couple times during my lash treatment. I explained the booking difficulty and Nadiia was able to add the brow wax/tint I was wanting. Thank you!! I left feeling relaxed, confident, and will definitely be back !

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair washed and styled by Jeaunelle and a facial by Natalie! I also like that the salon is spacious, offers free WiFi to customers (mobile data drains batteries faster), and that it was easy to locate. I definitely recommend this salon. Thank you ladies!!

Everytime I visit Krystel MediSpa for any services, service is great and my experience is great aswell. The quality of the service is like no other salon ive been to. Today I had shellac on my toes and I love how they turned out. And I know they will last a long time and not chip, from past experiences. Highly recommend all services at this salon!

Happy with the result! The procedure was quick, and Olya worked carefully, minimizing discomfort while considering all my requests. I appreciated the cleanliness of the workspace and the quality of the wax. It was great to see that Olya strictly followed hygiene rules when working with wax. I also received useful reminders for aftercare. A nice bonus was the pleasant conversation. The result is excellent—I will definitely come back!

A big HIT for R&R Hair Salon in Dieppe - Melissa was my stylist and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but needed something different. It was so tranquil and relaxing there. Everyone was so friendly. We weren’t sure it was going to work (colour) because of my perm & box dye but we were so wrong. My hair turned out SO good I cried, and cried. I’m very sick and it was so nice to be pampered and felt loved by everyone there. They were complimenting my hair all throughout and I made a video at the end for Melissa. I was still crying when I left. Yes they were tears of happiness!! 20/10!! ♥️

This salon is seriously the best. I had booked online and when I had questions/concerns about my upcoming appointment, the owner took the time to call me and figure out what would be best for me. She changed the appointment to better suit my needs. She goes above and beyond! I got some highlights & a cut with Jaydon. He did an amazing job. I am so happy with the results. My hair looks amazing! He really takes the time to listen and find out what you want. I felt like I was at a spa with the relaxing atmosphere. Jaydon offered a massage to start off the appointment. Loved my experience! ❤️

I had such an amazing appointment at R&R with Jaydon. The entire staff is friendly, personable and they've created a wonderful atmosphere that's so welcoming! The salon is clean, bright and very nicely decorated. The chairs are comfortable with big mirrors and lots of space so you don't feel packed in while getting your services. They offer a wonderful scalp massage at the beginning of the service, with essential oil that smells incredible and really relaxes you. Beginning to end, the entire experience was great. Cannot recommend R&R Salon enough. Treat yourself to a relaxing hair appointment!
