Absolutely love Krystel MediSpa! The staff is incredibly professional, the space is clean and welcoming, and the services are topnotch. Olga is truly the best when it comes to laser treatments! she’s knowledgeable, gentle, & makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process. I’ve seen amazing results thanks to her expertise! & if you’re considering lip blush or colour, I highly recommend Nadin. Her attention to detail & artistry are amazing! she really takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the shape and shade. So grateful to have this gem right here in Dieppe. Highly recommended! 💜

After 5 years of trimming my hair myself, and absolute abuse of my hair with heat and self-coloring, I decided it was finally time to find someone to provide proper TLC for my hair. Kate was awesome ! Very kind, listened to what I was looking for, and not once did she judge me for abusing my hair so bad. I will be booking with Kate moving forward. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday with a lash lift and tint, and brow wax and tint, so I decided to try Krystel MediSpa, and I was not disappointed! When I made the original booking, I was able to book the lash tint/life but struggled to add on the brow wax/tint on the online booking system. Nadiia was welcoming and kind, and I felt so relaxed during my visit that I fell asleep a couple times during my lash treatment. I explained the booking difficulty and Nadiia was able to add the brow wax/tint I was wanting. Thank you!! I left feeling relaxed, confident, and will definitely be back !

I had the head to toe glow and a manicure by McKenzie. As usual, the experience was relaxing. McKenzie is very efficient and skilled at her work. I appreciated that she was even able to fit in a last-minute chin waxing for me.
