I recently had the Coral Peel procedure with Lilia. It was a fantastic experience. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring, always ensuring that your comfort is a priority. While the procedure is somewhat uncomfortable, that is a natural part of the process. Lilia was always asking if I was okay and explained each step in detail. I left with written aftercare instructions and products. She advised me to send a photo to follow up in four days to ensure that everything is proceeding as planned. First time visit to this salon and was best haircut appt I've ever had. Truly a spa-like treatment, from the relaxing head/neck/shoulder massage to start the whole treatment, to the amazing scalp massage and hand massage during the wash. Not to mention the amazing cut Sienna gave me! I went in just to get a trim/tidy up and she knocked it out of the park with a cut and style that I absolutely love. Sienna and all the staff very friendly, welcoming and professionals at what they do.
