It was an amazing experience. It was my first time and Molemo is such a friendly lady and her hands are so gentle. Almost slept throughout my facial🥰🥰

The ladies was very helpful and the treatments was great. The spa could do with aircon it was very hot inside the spa. Also at the swimming pool area cool off sprayers where you sit outside. The food could be served with covers for the flies. Other than that it was a good experience.

The experience was a good one despite the fact that one of the therapists hurt my toe during the pedicure and it bled and it’s still painful. That somewhat spoiled the experience for me. Secondly, there was no questionnaire to assess our allergies, health conditions that could affect the treatments. Lastly, it’s only fair to communicate with guests and remind them to bring costumes and towels for them jacuzzi, because not all spas expect customers to bring them. We had to go out and buy costumes to avoid forfeiting the jacuzzi session. Restaurant was great and the hotel is a beautiful one.

Molemo is the lash tech I've been looking for; she is friendly and professional. Her lashes are great and last. She is quite a looker too😉

It was great experience. Dulcia massage session was nice. The eco beauty spa section of the hotel has a huge jacuzzi!If you are a Jacuzzi lover, this is the place for you! I highly recommend the place🥰🙂‍↕️.

Great service as always, unfortunately the lunch we had afterwards wasn't the best. The roast chicken was boiled and cold inside as if it was reheated. No lemon and herb sauce on it or the sides that are part of the meal. Only chicken and chips. It was disappointing considering I'm a regular who brought a guest after speaking so highly of the restaurant. The echo spa was amazing as always. The service from everyone in the establishment is friendly and professional. Look into the food please.

My Spa Treatment was the 3rd time I visit Villa Africa Boutique. It is always refreshing and rejuvenating to have the spa treatment there. The friendly and calm spa therapists that always engage with us as clients really makes one feel at ease, not forgeting their magic hands. You can tell the know the rhythm of massage. I don't remember the ladies names well but we'll done for such a great service we had. Will definitely recommend and come any day.
